The site 26 was a handicap site next to a pole building. Nothing stood out about the park but it was a decent place to stay with no road noise. It was easy to access from the main road.
We would spend a night again. This is our go to place when in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are usually calling them while on the way and arranging for a site. It's easy to get to. The roads are blacktop but the sites are gravel. Our site was a little off level but I think it just happened to be the way I backed in.
I didn't use the restrooms or shower but but they have always been clean and functional in the past. My wife and kids said this time was no exception. It's hard to believe where you really are when your there. There are numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. We will continue staying here when in the area. As so many before excellent location we thought it was nice and quiet wish we could of stayed longer. Security code for restrooms and showers which have AC which the days we were there was so nice to have.
Also has a laundry room attached to the shower house. The map they gave us shows only site 14 , But when we checked in they called it 14A. The next day what looked like a road another unit was there split the water and they plugged in the 50 amp on the same pedestal - Steph and Jim. The sites are gravel with well maintained grass in between them.
The interior road is paved. There is no dump station. The electric stations have 30A and 50A receptacles, but the 50A connections are Volts. Be careful not to plug into the 50A sockets! They are clean, but dark and old. Verizon cell service and DirecTV is easily accessible. There is a lot of traffic on the near-by railroad tracks, both day and night. If you are visiting Woodburn or the surrounding area while RVing, this is the only campground around.
Nice Community Park with a few 6 RV sites. The only drawback is train noise. Entering the campground is a bridge I would feel nervous taking a car across, much less a 40 foot fifth wheel. Staff didn't seem to care about it and only wanted to talk about payment. Site was difficult to find due to the roads and sites not marked very well. It was a pull through site that was plenty long enough but barely wide enough so we stared at the neighbors camper. The first morning between dogs barking and gunshots we didn't get to sleep in very late, 7am up and at it The people were nice but no camping etiquette.
Just walk through your site with no regard. The bath house only had one toilet that was barely big enough for a child. I will never come back. We stayed at this camp expecting more than what we got. The Wi-Fi does not work unless you are close to the main office. Staff is friendly. The place is good for small travel trailer and fifth wheel. We had difficulties with ours. The bathrooms have a long way to go; because of this we did not use them.
We stayed for a week and during weekdays was quiet but the weekend nights were loud. Lots of tree but many with low clearance for big fifth wheel like ours. It has what appears to be a man-made lake which is used by families with kids a lot specially during the weekends. Several stationary travel trailers that are very old. Won't stay again here. We checked into the park on June About 2 hrs. Power came back on on Tue. July 3rd. I called the office to have them check the plug at our site as everything worked fine on the generator.
He would call an electrician to check it out. No one ever showed up. During this time the temperatures were over for 4 days. No one from the park ever checked on people in the park to see if they were alright or if they could be of any help. All the park employees did was to clean up the trees. The reason we did not leave before our stay was over is because they had told us absolutely no refunds.
I would never stay at this park again. Terrifying, crumbling one-lane bridge to cross to enter the campground. Worker says it will be replaced this fall. Resident insists it is solid. I almost turned around before crossing the bridge, and I wish I had done so. Once registered, we couldn't even identify our site by looking at it. A worker happened by and pointed to where we should park. It is merely dirt, but when the rain comes it will be mud.
Our site was not cleaned up from the previous guests who left behind garbage in the "fire pit. It would be easy for the whole place to burn down. The "lakes" are topped with scum. There is a swimming pond with water slide that appears to be out of commission. At any rate, I would advise against using it.
Lots of ants around the campsite, and I hope they don't invade the RV. I would leave, but I paid in advance for three nights, and they don't give refunds. Run down, dirty, rude staff. We had 3 campsites for a family reunion over Memorial weekend. The trees made it difficult to get the 2 campers parked. After we were all hooked up we were told that the septic was not working and we had to unhook for the weekend.
I asked for a refund of the price difference between sites with septic and one without. Staff rudely said she was a seasonal camper and she didn't have septic either. We used the public restrooms but the next day the public restrooms were shut down without even the courtesy of a note as to why no room to post one anyway with all the rude notices about the security cameras being on and they will shut down bathrooms if anyone abuses them.
People were peeing in the pond, behind trees etc since there were no restrooms to use. Public health hazard in my opinion. Also only had 1 picnic table and fire pit for 3 campsites. Staff said rudely that they were overbooked and didn't have any. Eventually we got 1 more of each but the picnic table had obscenities etched in it and we had young children who were able to read. Also smelled strong odor of marijuana all weekend and there were a lot of obviously drunk campers being loud late at night.
Staff did not resolve any of our issues so I contacted icampIndiana. They were going to check into the issues and get back to me but have not.

Since I was a kid, my passion has always been playing the drums, radio, music and movies. My first radio job was at Well, I love alternative. I do believe power pop rock like Big Star helped shape much of what has arrived over the years. I was a subscriber of the very first Sub Pop singles club and many great singles and many from Seattle bands came my way back then and it was refreshing. I much prefer the rock side of ALT.
